Welcome to the University of Lleida’s Faculty Development webpage, which aims to manage the ongoing training of teaching and research staff (PDI) through various activities such as courses, seminars, workshops, and conferences. The training programs cover the three main areas of university teaching activities: teaching, research, and management.

Each academic year, a Comprehensive Training Plan is presented, adapting to current trends and needs, with the possibility of incorporating new proposals suggested by faculties, departments, and research groups.

Additionally, the faculty development team at UdL collaborates with the Agenda 2030-SDG Project (UdL) to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the 2030 Agenda, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly.
